Account Deletion Request

We respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you would like to permanently delete your Mark-VII account and all associated data, you can submit a deletion request.

How to Request Account Deletion

Please send an email to our support team from the email address associated with your Mark-VII account. This helps us verify your identity before proceeding with the deletion.

• Subject: Account Deletion Request - Mark-VII
• Body: Please include a brief statement confirming that you would like your account and all associated data deleted permanently.

What Happens Next?

• Upon receiving your email, we will process your request within 7 business days.
• All your personal data, including your Google profile information and Firebase chat history, will be permanently erased from our servers.
• Please note that this action is irreversible. Once deleted, your chat history cannot be recovered.

If you prefer, you can also manually delete your chat history directly within the Mark-VII app by navigating to the chat session settings and selecting "Delete Chat" before requesting a full account deletion.
